UNDER 5 & UNDER 6

TRAINING FOR UNDER 5's & UNDER 6's ON SUNDAYS AT 10.30AM AT BGN, THE UNDER 5'S IN THE SPORTHALL AND THE UNDER 6'S ON THE ASTROTURF.

Under 7s

Banbury United are looking to start another under 7's team (school year 2), if you would like to join, please call Dewain on 07768 058466 or come along to training on Thursday 6pm til 7pm at bgn Astroturf.

FA Charter Standard Club Award

Banbury United is one of the top Charter Standard Clubs in the county. Banbury United has won this recognition from McDonald's in their 2011 community awards.

The club was singled out because of the fantastic ethos and spirit which runs throughout the teams, and the fun, friendly atmosphere.

CLUB FUN DAY

Due to the club giving the old playing kit to Africa, a new club has been formed Banbury united of Sierra Leone. It even made the paper in Sierra Leone, At the moment they have formed a men’s, reserve and under 18’s playing in our old u13’s kit! And are looking to form younger age groups for next season. They have thanked us for sending the kit, but we would like to carry this on and if you have any old boots, adult or child size please hand them into a committee member and we will send them off.

Reading Football Club Academy

Well done to the Under 9 Spencer goalkeeper George Tait who has been invited down to Reading Football Club to attend their academy for some coaching.

George who is currently 8 years old has only played in goal for 1 year !!

Charter Standard Club

Banbury United Youth are proud to announce that the club has received notification from the F.A that the club has been awarded the Charter Standard Mark.
From the F.A website:

'The Charter Standard Scheme is best practice guide that sets standards of coaching, administration and child protection for all clubs outside the Football League and Premier League. As a benchmark for quality, it will improve the playing experience for all.'
